Returns Policy


At INTERIORTONIC we want to ensure that you love your purchase and are a happy customer. If for some reason you change your mind about your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the product/s, in original condition and packaging. 

Please be aware, because of the current global and local shipping delays we cannot offer refunds due to delays in delivery. We will do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible but until the global situation normalizes most delivery systems are under heavy strain and we appreciate your understanding that this is out of our control.

If the product has a defect (or is damaged without packaging showing any signs of damage), we can offer you a replacement or a refund of your order. If the order is obviously damaged prior to delivery, DO NOT sign for the delivery and contact customer support to arrange for a replacement to be delivered. Signing for the delivery absolves the delivery company of any responsibility for damaging the product in transit. We understand this can feel awkward but sometimes accidents happen in transit and we don't want you to become responsible for the delivery company's mistake if you sign for the delivery of damaged goods. 
If the product does not comply with our quality standards, the return is free. However, if the return is for reasons of personal taste, the customer must pay the costs of return. 
Returns are charged at the following rates:

Small items will be charged at $55 per package. Our delivery partners will not accept items larger than 1m in any direction, a single box must weigh less than 40lbs and the item must not be made of marble or glass.

Medium or Fragile Items - $135

Bulky Items requiring special transport - $275

In the event that you change your mind, and wish to return an order once it has arrived, contact us on hello@interiortonic.com or on +1 302 520 2407 and we will arrange for collection.

It is your responsibility to make sure any products returned are in a pristine and saleable condition. Please note that you need to keep all original packaging, including wooden pallets if they were used for your delivery. If you have disposed of them, we can supply a pallet for a fee, but you will need to source suitable packaging.

Once the goods have arrived at INTERIORTONIC, in their original and sale-able condition, a full refund will be processed within 30 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method or made available as store credit if you desire. Cost of return will be subtracted from the refund amount.

International Orders (those outside the USA) cannot be returned or cancelled.
Items that are made to order cannot be returned or cancelled after they are put in production.
Items that have been installed, used or assembled also cannot be returned.
