    Return Policy

    Changed your mind and want to return an item?

    To start your return simply send us an email to hello@interiortonic.com. We're happy to accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be:

    In its original, undamaged condition
    Disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled
    In its original packaging. Note: If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a box that’s similar to the original or a box no longer than 108 inches. FedEx/UPS cannot accept shipments over 150lbs

    There are a few items that can’t be returned:

    Open Box / Clearance items
    On Sale items/ Promotional discount items
    Personalized items
    Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
    Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
    International Orders (those outside the USA) cannot be returned or cancelled.
    Items that are made to order cannot be returned or cancelled after they are put in production.
    Items that have been installed, used or assembled also cannot be returned.

    Damaged Or Defective Item Policy:

    You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We offer multiple solutions when your order is not right. To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 14 days after the delivery date. Simply email hello@interiortonic.com to get started.

    Missing Parts:
    Is your new table missing a leg or is your console missing hardware? Let’s get your assembly back on track! Use the following steps to help determine your next steps:

    1) Your missing part might not be missing at all. It might be that the parts are stored in places for shipping that make them tough to spot.

    2) If after checking for hidden parts, you are still missing something, we’ll send you replacement parts or hardware for free within 14 days of delivery. Simply send mail hello@interiortonic.com to get started.

    Missing Parts Policy:

    You must contact us about any missing parts within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 14 days after the delivery date.

    If a replacement part doesn’t solve the problem, you can request a refund or replacement item through our mail hello@interiortonic.com. We offer multiple solutions when your order is not right. To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit.

    Cancel Policy:
    You can cancel your return request though our mail hello@interiortonic.com. Canceling your return request must occur before you drop the item off, have it picked up, or bring it to a store.

    Return Shipping Fee:

    Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item and selected return method. In addition, any delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. Please contact our support team at hello@interiortonic.com to discuss the return costs for your item before you make your purchase.

    Refund Timing:
    We’ll initiate your refund when we receive your item(s) at our Return Center. Generally, refunds take 5-7 days but may take up to 4 weeks. For more details regarding refunds and the timing of refunds please email hello@interiortonic.com
